Non-Immigrant Visa-B
Required documents are:
1. One completed and signed visa application form
2. One recent passport-sized photograph (3.5 x 4.5cm)
3. Passport (valid for no less than 6 months)
4. Invitation letter from a company in Thailand (Original)
(The letter must be typed in the company’s letter head and signed by authorized person)
1. Company’s registration documents in Thailand
2. List of shareholders
3. Business registration and business license (including capital)
4. Company profile
5. Details of business operation
6. List of foreign worker stating names, nationalities and positions
7. Map indicating the location of the company
8. Balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor 30) of the latest year
9. Alien income tax return (Por Ngor 91)
10. Valued added Tax registration (Por Ngor Dor 20), etc
(Copies of company documents must be signed by authorized person and affixed the company seal)
5. Recommendation letter from a company in Singapore (Original in the company’s letter head)
6. Airline ticket or confirmation slip with flight number and date of entry/exit.
7. Copy of Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare (only in case the applicant has previously worked in the Kingdom)
8. Financial evidence in case that the person applicant is doing his/her business
9. Application fee:
1. $100 for Single entry (Cash only in Singapore Dollars)
2. $250 for Multiple Entries valid for One Year
Applicants not intending to work in Thailand but wishing to obtain Non-Immigrant B-visa should submit a letter from a company in Thailand stating the objective of the visit to Thailand instead of invitation letter.
Applicants becoming teachers at any education organizations (national, public and private) in Thailand are required to submit documents evidence of education, no criminal records in English and a teaching license. Moreover, applicants for private school’s teacher are required to submit a letter from the Ministry of Education In Thailand.
Applicant’s family members, namely; spouse, parents and children who are unmarried and under 20 years, are eligible to apply for Non-Immigrant O-visa.
Required documents are the same as required documents for Non-Immigrant B-visa plus marriage certificate and birth certificate.
Citizen of Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka should ask their counterpart in Thailand to fill out the “Form WP3” and submit to the Alien Occupational Control Division for approval. (WP3 may be obtained at the Alien Occupational Control Division, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour, Mit-Maitree Road, Din-daeng District, Bangkok, Tel:02-245-3209.) Once approved, the Alien Occupational Control Division will issue a certificate and each applicant has to submit the original together with the required documents to the embassy for visa approval.
Citizens of following countries are required to provide 2 application forms and 2 photos:
Nigeria.
Citizens of following countries are required to provide 3 application forms and 3 photos:
Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen.
Citizens of following countries are required to provide 4 application forms and 4 photos:
China, North Korea
Passport holders of Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, China, Nigeria, *Afghanistan, Algeria, Egypt, Iran, **Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Palestine, Sudan, Syria, Yemen and North Korea are requested to file for application at the Thai Embassy/Consulate-General where they have their permanent residence or long term pass. Applicants without permanent residents are required to apply for Thai visa in your own country.
* Embassy cannot issue visa to applicant
**Embassy have to get approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Thailand, and authorities concerned.
In absence of a required document, a letter indicating the unavailability of such document must be provided.
Documents in foreign languages must be translated in Thai. If translated in English, it should be notarized by notary organs or the applicant’s diplomatic/consular mission.

* Consular officers reserve the rights to ask for additional documents as deemed necessary.
* Please apply for visa at least 2 weeks in advance of your departure date.
* Passport holders from Middle East & South Asia and Africa may be required for interviews, please apply for visa with enough time for departure.
