Statement on the Situation in Libya
With regards to the adoption of Resolutions 1970 and 1973 (2011) by the United Nations Security Council, Thailand, as a Member State of the United Nations, will comply with the relevant provisions contained therein. At the same time, Thailand urges all parties concerned to ensure the safety of civilians, both Libyans and foreign nationals, in Libya and stresses the need for safe and unimpeded humanitarian access and delivery of humanitarian assistance to affected population.
