NATAS Travel Fair is the largest travel fair in Singapore, organized twice or three times yearly to promote overseas travel and holidays among Singaporeans. This NATAS Fair ran from 26 to 28 February 2010.
Thailand, as one of the most popular destinations for Singaporeans, regularly participates in NATAS Travel Fair with the support of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). With a view to promote Thailand as a “value for money” destination, this year, the Tourism Council of Thailand, supported by the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion, showcased a separate “Thai Pavillion”, in addition to the Thai Pavillion supported by the TAT’s Singapore Office, to provide information about new destinations and hotels and resorts to the visitors. Moreover, to commemorate its 50th year anniversary, Thai Airways International also featured a booth and offered special gifts to those who purchased Thai Airways tickets at NATAS Travel Fair.

In addition to exchanging views with Thai exhibitors, Ambassador Nopadol gave interview to Thai reporters from Daily News and Krungthep Turakij Newspapers.
