MR. Korn Dabbarransi Joined the 5th Conference on ASEAN-China people – to – people friendship organisation
On 29 July 2010, at the Resort World Sentosa Convention Centre, Mr. Korn Dabbarransi, President of Thai – Chinese Friendship Association, accompanied by Mr. Monchai Patchanee, Charge D’Affairs A.L., Ms. Sutthathip Vathitphund, First Secretary, and Ms. Kaewta Pisitkasem, Public Service Executive Development Officer, attended the 5th Conference on ASEAN-China People- to- People Friendship Organisation.
The main objective of the Conference was to provide a platform for friendly gathering at people-to-people level between the 10 ASEAN member countries and China, and to discuss opportunities to further strengthen the efforts in the five pillars of cooperation i.e. economy, culture, education, health and sports. The conference also aimed at promoting multilateral exchange and dialogues between China and the ASEAN member countries.
On this occasion, the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Janjira-Art of Siam participated the exhibition, held under the theme of “Rich Culture and Green Technology” to show “Green Tourism” and “Green Spa Products” of Thailand.
