Courtesy Call by MBA Students from Chiangmai Rajabhat University
On Tuesday 13 October 2009 from 10.00 a.m. to 10.40 a.m., a group of 3 lecturers and 15 students studying Masters of Business Administration at Faculty of Management Sciences, Chiangmai University paid a courtesy call on Mr. Marut Jitpatima, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission. Miss Yanee Srimeechai, Counsellor of the Office of Commercial Affairs also participated. The group, comprising new entrepreneurs, owners of business and state enterprise officials was in Singapore as part of their curriculum requirement to make a study visit to foreign countries in order to gain knowledge and experience for their future career.
During the call, Mr. Jitpatima briefed the group on the role of the Embassy in economic and trade promotion and the cooperation between the Embassy and the Office of Commercial Affairs in the field of bilateral trade between Thailand and Singapore. The group was also briefed on bilateral trade relations as well as trade opportunity in Singapore by Ms. Srimeechai.
